A deep well facility operated by Northeastern Exploration, Inc. (Northeastern), is located 15 miles east of Gaylord Michigan on highway M-32, a state maintained class "A" highway that stays open year round.   The facility is fully licensed with state and federal agencies to accept oilfield brines and commercial non-hazardous liquid wastes. The gravity feed injection well has an established record of high-capacity operation.  The state-of-the-art surface facility consists of a contained unloading pad, receiving tank, and storage tank battery; filters; a computerized monitoring system; and site office.

Northeastern's deep well facility has been issued an Underground Injection Permit (UIC) from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a Mineral Well Permit from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ).  Routine inspections and testing are performed by both the MDEQ and EPA to ensure safety and environmental protection.  Northeastern has made a commitment to maintain the deep well and surface facility to the highest standards and to meet all regulatory requirements.
